From Fen Farm at Bungay in Suffolk. This is made to a traditional Brie-de-Meaux recipe using unpasteurised milk from Montbeliarde cows in Suffolk. It's the closest English cheese to a classic French Brie de Meaux that I have tasted for a long while. In fact we have found it to ripen much more consistently than Brie de Meaux.
