Traditionally prepared duck confit cooked sous-vide in duck fat and vacuum packed. Very easy to cook either oan-fried or in the oven. These packs have a very long shelf-life, so ideal to keep in the fridge for a speedy supper. Enough in each pack for a very generous helping for 2 people or, as we did recently, enough for 4 if served in a salad with the smoked duck breast & maybe some lardons or croutons and, of course, a really good dressing!
