Domaine Roger Sabon makes 3 different cuvées of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Les Olivets matures a little earlier than the Reserve or Prestige but is by no means the poor relation. Plenty of earthy dried-fruit flavours and a long powerful finish with flavours of the Garrigue. Serve with most red meat dishes and hard cheeses.
