Creating an excellent chocolate cake requires a very delicate balance of ingredients and Crosbie's had to work hard to get this one just right. After eight recipe developments Clare was eventually happy. The result is a cake that has all the chocolate flavour you'd expect while retaining a moist yet light texture. Finished with a layer of chocolate ganache and sprinkled with white chocolate beads, this is an absolute banger!
