This is fantastic quality smoked salmon. We recommend that the sliced packs should be D-Cut, but long-sliced is available too if you prefer it.  Severn & Wye smokery, who supply these, have been warning us of imminent price rises since before last Christmas but have only recently implemented them. Looking around the internet I see that for such excellent quality organic products, the new prices are still very competitive.
