This is a delicious Simnel cake made by Crosbie's in Wormley. It is made in the traditional manner with with a layer of marzipan through the middle of a delicious blend of fruits, zest and delicate spice. The cake is hand finished with a marzipan top and eleven marzipan balls, representing the Apostles minus Judas.
