Jamie Montgomery was one of the pioneers of the revival of British Farmhouse cheeses during the 1980s. His West Country Farmhouse Cheddar is a benchmark amongst cheddars. It's made from unpasteurised Holstein/Friesan milk and is aged for a minimum of 12 months.
