A rich, creamy Guernsey milk cheese produced by Village Maid Dairy at Risely, south of Reading. When young the cheese has hints of celery. When more mature it becomes more golden in colour and creamier in texture.
 
This is the baby version of the full-size Waterloo and is sold as a whole cheese.
